David was engaged by a leading London based Personal Injury and Human Rights law firm to provide Consultancy and Project Management services in relation to their new PMS (Practice Management System) implementation.
The engagement included :-
- Leading and Project Managing the introduction of a new ERP solution, which involved the replacement of the incumbent Practice Management solution and Document Management & Client Relationship Management tools
- Advice on technology in general for the firm, working closely with the Managing Partner & Finance Director
- Management of Suppliers & Vendors, driving efficiency savings, measuring service performance and KPIs
- Requirements Gathering for complex business needs, eg a bespoke Court Budgeting, BI and billing solution
