Initially engaged by a leading London / Birmingham based law firm to provide Consultancy and Project Management services in relation to their new PMS (Practice Management System) implementation.
The engagement was then expanded to include Interim Head of IT services including:-
- Developed plans to implement agreed strategy to replace 8 legacy systems with 1 ERP solution
- Leading and Project Managing the introduction of a new ERP solution, which involved the replacement of the incumbent Practice Management solution and Document Management & Client Relationship Management tools
- Implementing standardised IT operation and project management practices
The engagement was further expanded to support the firm through its merger with a larger lawfim.
