Baskerville Drummond has announced the addition of Beccy Scobell to its consulting team.
Beccy is set to combine both training and junior consulting roles, as Baskerville Drummond looks to extend the range of practical help offered, to enable firms to get more out of their IT investments.
Effective utilisation of existing systems can be one of the simplest, most cost-effective ways of increasing productivity, quality and satisfaction – but that is itself dependent on high-class training that blends knowledge, delivery and strategic alignment.
Beccy has over a decade of experience in the legal industry, working for firms including Blake Morgan, Coffin Mew and latterly Trethowans. Her training focus has seen her gain an extensive knowledge not just of the IT systems in play but also of practice dynamics and learning behaviours.
That has also naturally bled into supporting system delivery, including developing practice management systems (coding precedent banks and screens), undertaking end-user requirement gathering, acceptance testing and preparing/supporting users through the change process.
According to David Baskerville, Beccy’s arrival is perfectly timed:
