David was engaged to create a model to cost IT services for a top 40 UK law firm
- Researched service based costing models (e.g. TRAC)
- Defined a model based in best practice but applicable and workable within the Law Firm environment
- Undertook full application of model on one IT service
- Created a costing model “PID” and associated working spreadsheet along with documentation of its use.
