We were engaged by Winckworth Sherwood to assist with the firm’s selection of a new Document Management Solution.
Our role was to undertake an independent review of the two leading solutions (iManage & NetDocuments) and to make recommendations as to the firms strategy. A crucial consideration for Winckworth Sherwood was the firm’s cloud strategy and therefore the “Cloud or On-Premise” hosting platform decision was a key consideration and formed part of the advice provided.
During the engagement, we identified requirements, organised demonstration agendas around the firm’s requirements, liaised with the relevant vendors and analysed partners and staff feedback based on the scoring each solution was given.
The resulting report provided a comparison of the iManage and NetDocuments offerings, user demonstration feedback analysis, a recommendation on Cloud or On-Premise delivery as well as recommending the solution best fitting Winckworth Sherwood’s requirements. The report formed part of the firm’s initial due diligence as part of the selection process.
