Baskerville Drummond has announced another addition to its senior consulting team with the arrival of Cathy Kirby.
David Baskerville is delighted to welcome his new colleague: “I’m thrilled. When Cathy looked to move to ‘the other side’ she could have taken her pick of any of the leading consultancies – the fact that she chose to join Baskerville Drummond is a real vote of confidence in the way we work, and indeed in the volume and variety of projects that we can offer. We’ve enjoyed significant growth in this lockdown year so I’m also very pleased to have such a highly skilled, very experienced operator coming in to strengthen the team.”
Cathy brings in-depth knowledge of all areas of technology, from devising and delivering key strategies to managing a raft of project types including mergers, de-mergers, office moves, implementation of web sites/applications, major infrastructure changes and Practice Management System replacements
But as David explains, there was something else that caught the eye: ‘There’s incredible depth and breadth of knowhow there but that said, you can find that in a lot of consultants. What Cathy has which is far rarer is an instinct for how to make it all fly within the limitations of a firm’s culture and individual attitudes. She’s passionate about finding solutions that not only work but that are a good fit and well received – and that makes her a good fit for us too.”
